How I price a project
Fixed prices, three payments and a clear list of what is not included.
Every project gets a one-page quote with a fixed price. You pay a third to start, a third at the midpoint review and a third at handover.
The quote lists what is included and, just as clearly, what is not. That list has saved more friendships than any contract.
