The brief
Two potters in Sintra sold every batch through Instagram messages and spreadsheets.
What I did
A small shop in Framer with a batch template: add photos, prices and a date, and the batch goes live with a countdown.
What changed
Batches now sell out in two days instead of two weeks, and nobody takes orders by DM any more.
Case study · 4 minute read
From the guestbook
We post a new batch in ten minutes and it sells out by the weekend.
